Why don't you take a breather, give it a rest for a while.

Sit back and reflect on all you have achieved since you first jumped on-board this bandwagon of contempt - when was it now - February 5th, 2008.

Perhaps you could consider a different approach?

One that instead of aggravating the situation, could actually produce a positive outcome?

Let's consider all that you have contributed . . .

* A rather presumptuous comment left as an opener (see above link to Filipina Images article.)

* Creating unsubstantiated, exaggerated, ad hominem posts on your blog Captain's Log - where instead of admitting to any ambiguity in my story, you immediately adopt an attitude of resolute bias.

* Inciting your friends, blogmates, workmates, family, members of your online communities to contribute along the same lines as yourself - with exaggerated and unsubstantiated ad hominem comments.

* Distributing, archiving - wholesale (for reasons only known to yourself) - copies of my blogs.

* Teaming up with Noemi Dado and Reyna Elena in their SEO propaganda campaign.

* Collaborating on the video interview of Mayen with Noemi Dado.

* Incitement through the posting of exaggeration and false accusation on your GameOps group on Facebook.

* Teaming up with Reyna Elena & Noemi Dado to create attack groups on Facebook.

* Sending messages of incitement to your online colleagues and communities suggesting false allegations of stalking & harassment - inciting them to cooperate with you in your attempts to get me variously banned.

* Releasing a pathetically poor copy of my video extract of Mayen showing me the fake scar, to assist you with your biased propaganda.

* Teaming up with Noemi Dado to create timcumper.com.

* Teaming up with Noemi Dado to create the @timcumperwatch account at twitter.

* Inciting support for petitions to get me banned from twitter.

* Generally omitting to inform your readers WHY it was, through your banning, blocking, attacking & bullying tactics - gradually removing my ability to reply - I was forced to seek other & circuitous modes of communication (all freely available on the Internet) in order to attract reasoned minds to an awareness of your activity.

* The failure to point out that any of my activity, other than the publishing of my story, has been forced by the interference of an orchestrated & hostile campaign.

* Manipulation and baiting techniques to try and force errors of judgement in order for your goal of getting me banned to succeed.

* Stalking & harassment - following me around the Internet, making (often anonymous) comments after those of myself.

* Stalking & harassment - following my membership of forums , bulletin boards - depositing threats & exaggerated postings of false accusation and incitement.

* Stalking & harassment - submitting false reports, exaggerated distortions - to such bodies as Entrecard, BlogCatalog, - resulting in the cancelling of my accounts.

* Stalking & harassment - searching for unconnected previously written material online and presenting this out of context to achieve bias and spin.

* Stalking & harassment - publishing posts, tagging posts, deliberately linking my name to products & innuendo of an overtly perverted nature.

* Stalking & harassment - searching out my personal information online, to display as a part of an orchestrated campaign.

* Refusal to accept invitations to discussion groups which I have set up.

* Masquerading under false identities - Pling-plong, Splong-nooy, Flang-ping, Hik-hok, Hotch-potch, Flim-flam - Maria Louise Pelletier, etc.

[To demonstrate how readily he stoops to deliberate lies - in this post he knowingly accuses me of posing as the identity, assumed by himself, of Maria Louise Pelletier - in his desperate need for spreading the slime of dis-information.]

* Generally inciting and interfering with due process - in an urgent and personal situation which required serious attention - not flippant and disrespectful game-playing.

. . . I could go on - but I think the picture is painted truly enough.

Perhaps there is another way?

A calm and intelligent way other than the knee-jerk, defensiveness you have so far shown.

A way that involves discussion.

A way that involves fairness.

A way where you can air your point of view individually - do you really need to muster support all the time?

Is bullying your only method of appearing to succeed?

Lynchmob mentality is totally unfair - any simpleton with a conscience can understand that, just as unfair online as it is in real life.
Is it because you have nothing really to say?

You are just showing a typical, defensive response in favour of your beloved nation?

You are just showing a typical response by inciting others to join you in bullying?

It is weak and feeble - you are not a worthy opponent, John Phillips Bengero - you are a coward and cheat of the lowest order.

Which includes populating his petition with the phantom IDs of young children . . .

. . . no doubt a feeble attempt at entrapment - to support his outlandish innuendo that I am a paedophile - and the placing of Fake NBI notifications to block me on websites.

(I know this because I have written to the department allegedly responsible and received confirmation that it is merely a hoax.)

So let's examine these claims of John Phillips Bengero - and see just how much truth they hold -

Help us stop the online harassment and stalking of a man from Maidenhead, United Kingdom named Timothy Ellis Cumper (aka ellumbra or @swallowsummer) at Twitter. This person has been harassing and stalking Filipino bloggers and their friends and family since 2007. He has also stolen identities of different persons just to harass and stalk people who do not believe his story. After 3 years, he’s still at it.

OK - here we go.

Lie No 1 - "This person has been harassing & stalking Filipino bloggers & their friends & family since 2007 . . ."

So according to Jepoy, I have randomly and without any motive whatsoever, decided to harass & stalk the Filipino blogosphere?

That would be very odd.

What does he mean - stalking & harassment anyway?

When one comes under attack from a group of people, with a uniform aim of pronouncing a story that has been written as a hoax, and all these people seem to be using remarkably similar tactics in their approach, would not one be tempted to explore their relationships with each other?

Seeing as the Internet is perfectly designed to enable this to happen, simply by clicking a link, it would be very easy to discover that these people are known to each other, work with each other, write for each other, share holidays together or belong to the same family.

Having discovered these facts, it would be easy to conclude that rather than from a random group who are unconnected, this attack was actually being orchestrated.

It is merely uncovering the detail, a confirmation - which has already been admitted by some, that they have been actively engaged in an SEO campaign.

If members of this group started leaving unsubstantiated & ad hominem comments on their propaganda postings, sometimes anonymously, sometimes not - it would be fair to expect to leave further comments in response.

However - if the ability to leave further comments had been removed, by the blocking or banning of an IP address - it would be fair to expect that this right to reply be engaged in a more circuitous way, by following the links left by the original commentors themselves.

It has to be accepted that it would be impossible to find someone on the Internet without these links, or without some sort of presence in the search engines - if those links are in place and are still current, it is safe to presume that they are intended to be followed.

This is the normal, everyday use of the Internet - it cannot be called stalking.

If, for the same reason, communication is impossible through the normal channels because of the reluctance or refusal of people to reply to emails - it is perfectly acceptable to use links established through social media sites - to communicate in a circuitous manner - indirectly, through known contacts - provided that those communications are not threatening, discourteous or in some other way unwelcome.

This is the normal, everyday use of the Internet - it cannot be called harassment.

This is exactly the situation that was engineered during the process of the orchestrated propaganda campaign.

The reason that "friends & family" happened to have been contacted in this way - is purely because these friends and family were pressed into the service of the campaign. Either that reason - or the fact that out of total frustration and as a last resort, a courteous message was sent to fresh and unbiased minds, presumed to be close to the main activists in the campaign, in an effort to cast a ray of light on their shameful activity.

Lie No 2 - On one occasion only, did I resort to using a photograph of one of the doctors in an account on Facebook - because my original, personal profile was being censored, blocked and banned from commenting in the hostile groups that had been set up there.

However, it is perfectly clear that there was no intent to deceive or gain any other advantage by my doing this - as I admitted to what I was doing at the time, and why.

Unlike those people who were masquerading behind my photograph on the very same group - without admitting to who they were.

It is not as simple as "people who do not believe his story" - it is apparent from comments, from the attitudes of those people press-ganged into supporting the campaign - that they are not aware of the salient, critical points of the story - they are mis-informed - they have already succumbed to the false accusation of the propaganda circulating - and choose to believe that without checking or exploring for themselves. They have not been prepared to step aside from their own innate bias and contempt - and find it easier to simply add their weight to an already established (but totally hollow) counter argument.

The most obvious sign of this is revealed by their absolute conviction - as opposed to an awareness of ambiguity in the story.

Any readers of the story will be left with a fair degree of ambiguity - doubt - as to what actually happened.

To announce a certainty in either conclusion - is admitting to bias.

Some of his harassment include:

1. Accusing a hospital and its doctors, real estate firm and its owners/employees, his Filipina girlfriend and her friends, the British Embassy in Manila, and Filipina actress Chin-Chin Gutierrez of conspiring to extort about P100,000 from him via the “honey pot” scam.

Lie No 3 - Is a lie by ommission & by exaggeration (quite how the writing of my story can be called harassment, I'm not at all clear.)

It is perfectly obvious that the above statement is designed to appear plainly ridiculous - outrageous - and the statement is attributed to myself.

However, those of you in touch with the facts and details of the matter will realise that in actual fact I have never, ever suggested such a ludicrous idea.

I have never suggested that at the outset all those factors were invloved.

Let's look at them one by one.

A hospital & its doctors.

Quite clearly a hospital is an institution, an establishment - but it is also a building.

The building is the setting for a part of the story and is mentioned - this does not implicate the entire establishment of the hospital.

One or two personnel are implicated, that is all.

I was informed of 3 doctors names - I do not know whether or not these doctors are even aware of their involvement - I have received a short reply, allegedly from one of them, but I cannot prove its origin.

Passing on the information that I was given - is not in any way an accusation - and I stress as much in my story.

Mentioning the name of the building is not in any way an accusation of the establishment of the hospital - that should be obvious to any reader.

A real estate firm.

I have documented the involvement of those who worked for the real estate firm, I have mentioned their names.

I have documented my unanswered communications with the owner of the real estate firm.

Reasons for the sudden silence which befell communications, and the apparent cessation of assistance - must be left to our own conclusions.

A filipina actress.

I have documented my communications with the firm's endorser & advertising promoter - Chin-Chin Gutierrez, and also her total lack of response.

Again - the reasons for her silence can only be speculated - this documentation of fact is not in any way an accusation.

The British Embassy Manila.

The details surrounding the involvement of the British Embassy Manila have also been meticulously documented.

There are causes for suspicion - but that suspicion is not a confirmation of guilt, nor is it an accusation - it is merely a suspicion of complicity, brought about by the timing and context of the events involving them.

Any reader of the story should thoroughly appreciate what those causes are.

Importantly, most of the above components were not present initially, but appeared as events became more and more involved and complex.

Any suggestion that all these components originally conspired together is contradicted by the story itself - and is patently an exaggeration, a distortion of the facts - for effect only - and that is the desired effect of garnering further support for the propaganda campaign - but it is built upon a deceitful and misleading platform.

2. Accusing the bloggers who reacted negatively on his blog to be employed/mobilized by the real estate firm to counter-attack his blogs online.

Item No 4 - Well, there are certainly many pointers to this being the case - obviously not all of the bloggers will have been directly mobilized by the real estate firm - but there is certainly a strong case to believe that the original energy and resources belong to the firm.

Reason no 1 - Apart from Mayen's name appearing in the search engines in connection with my story, who are the main people who would be concerned with removing or distilling the adverse publicity?

The real estate firm themselves - that is so obvious - it must not be overlooked.

The mere fact that they are not countering this publicity overtly, under their own name does nothing to lessen the obvious urgency and concern.

Reason No 2 - The connection, through Noemi Dado to real estate.
The curious coincident IP addresses of Noemi's comments is a further reason to suspect collusion, which although this has been denied, has been neither proved nor disproved.

Noemi Dado's heavy involvement in the SEO campaign of propaganda, pronouncing the story as a hoax.

The "Divine providence" which brought Mayen back into the arena for the video interview with Noemi Dado - an interview which provided absolutely nothing by way of confirmative proof that the story which was being elaborated on was actually true.

Noticeably and curiously - this absence was not corrected by the interviewer herself - but allowed to pass - the end result being no more than a severe emotional spin on the story - in favour of Mayen and the real estate firm - but without a single grain of confirmative evidence.

Those commentators who have added their words to the campaign must be aware that their attitude will appear as support for the innocence of those suspected - yet must also be aware that they themselves are not in possession of the true facts of the matter - and that they have allowed themselves to be incited by false accusation and misrepresentation.

Therefore these commentators must be aware that they are willingly supplying their own momentum to spin and bias in a completely unsubstantiated way, many of them presumably out of contempt or for the entertainment value that this provides - and not for any serious concerns for the actual truth.

It is this flippant and disrespectful approach to a gravely serious subject, which demands pursuit and correction.

3. Attacking these bloggers on a personal level (juvenile attacks in most cases) by editing their pictures, calling them defamatory & libelous names, harassing their friends and families, and in extreme cases, sending them threatening messages on Facebook.

Item No 5 - A lie by ommission - Jepoy is here conveniently forgetting to inform that the juvenile editing of pictures was happening on both sides.

The appearance of my retaliation may seem severe without the reminder that I was suffering this attack from many people - in a display of sheer bullying.

There are very few names that can be applied to bullies and cowards which are libellous and defamatory - they are usually very accurate descriptions.

The reason that Jepoy has to energetically defend many of these other bloggers is very, very simple.

The names of these other people have been involved because of Jepoy's activity - many of the blogs appearing under his friend's names are operated by Jepoy himself - the templates, the links.

It is more than probable that many comments have been deposited under these names by Jepoy himself.

His contagious incitement, his insane desire to create an illusion of consensus has infected their names.

Lie No 6 - There have been no threatening messages sent to anyone on Facebook.

Perhaps Jepoy would like to produce one as evidence?

4. Spamming the internet with his 20+ blogs and sending the same ’ol Twitter update to anyone he wishes to.

Lie No 7 - I have four (4) main blogs - (a number which has increased recently since the appearance of timcumper.com & @timcumperwatch) but originally my story was spread out on only 4 blogs - all linked as the story was rather complex and had many facets.

I used many free blogsites to provide my own matrix of links, and for ease and simplicity, copied articles from my main blog to supply the material.

If Jepoy is concerned about my using the same message - to warn off new followers to @timcumperwatch at twitter - then that is unfortunate - it is simpler that is all - and contains all the elements that I wish to communicate.

Why should I waste time creating different messages?

5. Calling Kris Aquino, daughter of late Philippine President Cory Aquino, a mindless idiot on Twitter just because she pleaded for help for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.

Item No 8 - One of the casualties of war I'm afraid - yes I admit to sending an update on twitter, but not having any idea who she was - simply that I noticed that she had been contacted by @timcumperwatch - & I mistakenly presumed that she had become a follower - hence, my tweet to her.
I apologise for this mistake - I am more cautious now in identifying followers and those who have just received @timcumperwatch's spam.
This has nothing whatsoever to do with Ondoy.

6. Attacking random people on Twitter and calling them names.

Lie No 9 - There is nothing at all random about my messages on twitter - they are all sent to those involved in some way with @timcumperwatch - either as new followers or the unfortunate victims of their own generated spam - used to incite more support.
Anyone who chooses to follow @timcumperwatch - without first checking the facts and details thoroughly, is a mindless idiot.
No question about that.

Still not content to let things lie, still intent on poking his nose where it doesn't belong, still turning the grinding wheel, sharpening the knives - desperately inciting support - Jepoy has extended the text in his first petition.

Please note that we don’t even know each other until Tim Cumper branded us as comrades.

A plain lie - Jepoy - are you denying knowing your own colleagues at GameOps?

Are you denying knowing your own girlfriend?

Are you denying knowing members of The Man Blog?

Are you denying knowing members of the band Lose Your Beer Belly?

Are you denying that Noemi Dado's daughter has played guitar with this band?

Are you denying that Noemi Dado herself has made a video of this band performing?

Are you denying that Reyna Elena guested on Dr Joy Barredo's radio show?

Are you denying that Reyna Elena, Chuvaness & others have holidayed together?

Are you denying that Noemi Dado had a previous online confrontation with Reyna Elena?

Proof - that all the main protagonists are linked to each other in some way.

Are you suggesting that I already knew of these people before they started writing their propaganda?

Quite the contrary - it was only their writing which alerted me to who these people were.

The action of one blogger is not the responsibility of the others.

Tim Cumper thought otherwise and attacked all of us individually.

A self-contradictory statement.

Besides being back-to-front, the action of others is the responsibilty of one blogger, in this case - John Phillips Bengero.

He is the one responsible for incitement of the others, already known to him.

He is the one who used his network of blogs, under their names, to spread his viral links to more propaganda, linking to others in the admitted SEO campaign.

It is my right to respond to all individually - and I was not defeated by the amount of people involved in this act of bullying.

If Tim Cumper’s story is really a well organized crime, then there should be other victims.

But 3 years later, we have yet to hear a story similar to this.

Unfortunately, this feeble excuse rests entirely on the false premise that I am suggesting that it was "a well organised crime" - which is another reason why this ridiculous line is being sold to the reader at every opportunity.

Besides being completely illogical - is every well organised murder committed by a serial murderer?

Does every criminal have to have previous history?

Would those victims publicise their story strenuously online?

By insisting on the lack of precedents or other reports as being of critical importance, Jepoy is attempting to distract the reader away from pursuing the subtle detail and implications within the story itself.

However it would take very little imagination to understand that such an organised crime certainly could happen, and there are numerous other stories around which illustrate the environment sufficiently to realise that this is an entirely realistic possibility.

But not if you have a mind already determined to be biased.

Many people have consistently been in denial of the possibility of any form of crime syndicate running a scam like this.

But how can anything be denied as a possibility, when the thing that is being denied operates beneath the law and secretively, especially when pertaining to one newly publicised & specific circumstance?
If something is invisible to the eye of a law-abiding citizen because it is hidden – then it can neither be confirmed nor denied.

It’s a straw man argument in reverse.

They all deny this on the strength of what?
That they do know exactly how crime syndicates operate?

If crime syndicates operate – then they exist.
If they know how they operate – they must be party to it in some way – because it is clandestine.

But if they do not know how they operate – then they cannot deny a possibility.

It is a totally a self-defeating statement.

The contents of this post, the links - are here only as an illustration - of power - of influence - of wealth.
It would be irresponsibly speculative to suggest any actual connection with the events of this scam attempt.

However - as the above reading will amply demonstrate - such a possibility is certainly not beyond the realm of imagination.
A certain combination of power, influence and resources is all that is necessary - plus of course, the motivation.

I am well aware that in the sociable environment of the Philippines, with the Bayanihan Spirit, in the gossip and chicka-chicka oriented blogosphere, with the national pass-time of scapegoating and casting blame - NOBODY NEEDED TO BE PAID a single pesos to do what they have done.
I nicknamed this the Bayanihan Payola - but it does not involve monetary payments.

Outpourings of contempt and racial incitement, acts of bullying, a lynchmob mentality - all seem to be instinctive to many - crab mentality is second nature to many.
All you needed to do - was provide the bait.

The bait was provided by your false allegation, a totally twisted distortion of my story & false accusations of racism.
No evidence, no detail, absolutely no personal knowledge of the events at all.

I implore readers to check out these details for themselves - before they become tempted to corrupt themselves by siding with this despicably deceitful act of BULLYING.

Please note that Reyna Elena’s group, Noemi Dado’s community and readers, the GameOPS.net community, the Man-Blog community, the Plurk community, Filipino Twitter users etc. don’t even know each other until Tim Cumper branded them (us) all as comrades.

We at GameOPS.net don’t know Reyna Elena and his group, Noemi Dado’s readers, the Man-Blog Community, the Lose Your Beer Belly Band, the World of Filipina community and all the people Tim Cumper accused. This is also true with them, they don’t know us until Tim Cumper came along.

. . . notice the subtle distinction between those two paragraphs?

In the first paragraph the writer is assuming the authority for entire groups of people - no doubt implying the full consent of every single member of these groups.
The obvious fact is however that a "group" is itself an inert concept, activity is performed by the individuals that comprise these groups - not the other way round.
It is these certain individuals who provide the links between the groups.
The writer is making this strenuous effort of denial, on behalf of "groups" of people to disguise the truth.
A very precise denial what is more, in keeping with the personality of someone who is hyper-sensitive to the requirements of Internet protocol and strict regulations regarding the veracity of statements.

Notice how in the second paragraph the writer is now assuming the authority for GameOps - "We at GameOps . . ." obviously Jepoy himself.
Again - the aim is to disguise links between certain individuals in the groups mentioned - by masking this truth under the blanket of the group itself.

My research (detailed in the blog pages) has uncovered that contrary to Jepoy's misleading statements above, there is a wealth of evidence online which proves that many members of these groups are active together virtually or socially.
By assuming the authority of a group, which has no identity, no personality, no responsibility, no life of its own - Jepoy can safely announce his disclaimers without being accused of lying - and appear to the dull mind as if he is actually stating something of significance - but the statements themselves are nonsense - absolutely meaningless.

Jepoy has cunningly tried to convince the reader against duplicity, yet with his strenuous but totally hollow denial has simply provided another example of it.

Yet more amendments - here Jepoy would like us to believe that their SEO campaign was started as a result of my "harassment & stalking" - this is no more than an attempt to conceal the fact that it was started in February 2008 with the sole intention of burying my story.

8.) Lying that he cannot contact us by ANY means. Fact: our email addresses are open to the public, our blogs are open to comments, we don’t censor his comments… it is evident on our blogs that he’s posting there as Scam Buster Int’l, Ellumbra, Etc.

It will be perfectly clear by the hostile reception, the mocking contempt shown and the flippant disrespect saturating the comments of the small cliques of subscribers - that leaving comments on these websites under their control was a completely futile exercise - even when this facility was available.
Emails were simply being unanswered apart from the occasional one or two by Jepoy - but his replies were of no value at all.

You are lying Jepoy - where else could I get these screen shots of your various welcoming pages telling me that I am banned?
You see - they are set up to be specific to only my IP address - so nobody else will ever know that this ban is in position.

Reading through this, it is now becoming perfectly clear that Jepoy's whole universe revolves around a strange sci-fi world, a cyber-world in which he is the undoubted hero.
A fake world identical to those which absorb the online gameplayer - the cos-player.
Their real lives replaced by a dream ego, an avatar providing the identity that compensates for all the failure and futility surrounding their actuality - their behaviour corrupted by the apparent immortality and anonymity that this technological assimilation bestows.

Seen through the magnifying lens of this avatar, of course, rules and regulations constructed by the great God - Google - would seem of far greater significance than the laws of the real flesh and blood world.
Here is a world where the twisting and distorting of perception, where spin, hype & propaganda constructed from exaggeration and falsehood, may usurp common sensibility, replacing all that human beings instinctively understand about justice, morality and ethical behaviour.
Where conscience is left behind, where rationality and logic undergo a metamorphosis to become slaves of the final word, held in obedience to the superficiality of appearance.

Such is the fantasy-world of John Phillips Bengero and his acolytes.

Above all, these people are incapable of seeing how transparently motivated their behaviour has been.

This can be demonstrated by looking at the reaction to my declaration, way back in 2007, that I had a video which offered reasons to vindicate my suspicion.

The immediate response was to deny any possible significance that this video might have contained - although it had never been seen.

Excuses are made in reference to this video on the very few occasions that the subject is included in their propaganda.

The video was mentioned but remained unseen by anyone except myself - it was not posted anywhere public.

All the time though, its subtle presence was acting as an invisible and subliminal sheepdog - corralling people into the pens of their own free choice, revealing their biases and preconceptions - or their respect of the truth.

If a jury were told that a video existed revealing a crime - what would be their first reaction?

Denial?

It is not relevant as to the detail contained in the video itself.

As stated before, it was entirely unseen - the quality was unknown, the power of the evidence revealed was entirely unknown - therefore the reaction should have been one of ambivalence, of uncertainty - not of assurance.

Despite this big question mark, the propaganda machine of Jepoy, Noemi Dado, Reyna Elena et al - committed itself to providing excuses in denial of my causes for suspicion - choosing to ignore any possible significance.

A significance which now revealed publicly - can be seen to be central and critical to any conclusions made about this whole affair.

The whole campaign of propaganda consisted of concerted efforts to deny & excuse not only this unseen video, but any and all of my other reasons for suspicion - carried along only on a tide of pure bias, hype, exaggeration, distortion, cruel bigotry and character assassination.

It consisted of direct incitement by false accusation, supported only by this totally unconsidered & deliberate denial.

Incitement to hatred by false accusation and distortion.

Incitement to collaborate in a deliberate and orchestrated campaign of hatred.

Incitement to garner support based on obstinately corrupt reasoning, and there are numerous examples of their blatant rally-cries - continuing even to this day.

Then exactly why were these people contacted by John Phillips Bengero - alerting them to who I was?
Purely to boost, artificially, and by his incitement - the appearance of consensus for his campaign.
What is sauce for the goose, Jepoy, is equally good for the gander.

Incitement to help create the illusion of truth, the thin, cosmetic veneer of superior righteousness by quantative success only.

Identical corruption to vote-buying, financially influenced journalism & cronyism - whether done for favour, fear, financial gain or simply for fun - the corruption is just the same.

Jepoy wants to buy people's support - by trading with them an opportunity to vent their already bubbling contempt - and by hoisting a flag to rally around that displays a false emblem of his own creation.

It is absolutely transparent that this has been the sole motivation for their response - to a personal story containing the conclusions arrived at by the nature & timing of information made available - & clues deduced from attitude and behaviour - in what was one man's urgent search for a truth.

It is equally clear that the concern of these people has been only and entirely for supremacy of propaganda, in a total disregard and disrespect of this truth.

Now they have the unconscionable audacity to attempt to change the direction of their spiteful and bullying attack, to one of totally false and petty accusations regarding my behaviour, engineered entirely by themselves, during a denial of my right to reply to their already established pattern of bigotry.

Just how low can these people stoop?

. . . but good to see that they still have a sense of humour.

A copy of the reply from the UK Police to Jepoy - Jepoy had the audacity to present his total lies to them - expecting them to believe him.

I received a telephone call from this gentleman - we spoke long and in detail.

The final comment from him over the telephone let me know that he understood exactly what they were all up to.

The Filipino propagnada machine - represented by such people as John Phillips Bengero, Noemi Dado, Reyna Elena, etc. - has recently changed its tactics.

Originally (from around February 2008) they were intent on denouncing my story of the scam attempt as a complete and utter hoax - putting considerable effort into their SEO campaign, which linked up blogs and articles from Filipinos all round the world - concertedly issuing unsubstantiated propaganda and character assassination - wholesale - in order to gain higher visiblity than my original story in the ranks of search engines.

A case of the medium over the message - for all the people involved in this campaign were experienced bloggers - and most of them had already established a network of blogs for themselves, through hosting, designing templates etc. - and thus were eminently suitable for rapidly and virally spreading their deceptive plague.

However, at the end of August 2009, I decided to release an extract of a previously secret and private video recording - (see below) - in the hope that the conclusive nature of the evidence contained in it would silence the propaganda by convincing its producers (as it had convinced me) that indeed - my story is about a genuine attempt at extortion.

I had underestimated the ruthless determination of these rogues, who merely switched the angle of their propaganda - to one of false accusation and further character assassination through exaggeration and misrepresentation.

This is now concentrated on the blogsite Tim Cumper Watch - registered in the domain name timcumper.com by Noemi Dado and administered by John Phillips Bengero at his GameOps operation.

Needless to say - the comments written there by a small amount of subscribers, originate from the people involved initially in the spread of the propaganda & a few of the numerous friends and compatriots of these people.

At the same time that this website was registered by Noemi Dado - John Phillips Bengero (as GameOpsTV) - released a copy of my video extract on YouTube - embedding it in blogs under his control.
The opening of their video contains the following notices . . .

. . . which are in line with all of the previous attempts at denouncing my story as a hoax.

However - as you will see - they have used a low quality screencapture recording of the video - which suits their purpose admirably - because the quality is so bad, so unclear - that none of the critical evidence is really visible at all.

Here are the two recordings - the first being from GameOpsTV & then the original uploaded by myself - you will see exactly what I mean . . .

You will notice also (of course) that there is no reference whatsoever by the people at GameOpsTV - to the damning evidence contained on the still frames extracted - which show clearly that there appears to have been a previous attempt at drawing a scar on the girl's stomach - which had been hastily and not thoroughly wiped off prior to the second one being drawn.

So here is a reminder of all of those critical pieces.

Watch closely in the second video - when the girl's thumb is central - keep your eyes on the line of the scar - before and after she pulls down the waistband - watch the gap appear in the line.

The reason behind the publicity of all this is not because I desire to exact revenge upon and shame a solitary Filipina - who I was madly in love with.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The reason is precisely this - there are indications of complicity from a business man involved in real estate (the girl's immediate boss) - who most positively endorsed the information I was sent (that it was hoped I would believe) - complicity which broadened to include a hospital and the British Embassy in Manila.
There is no doubt whatsoever that his presence in these events cannot be excused by ignorance of the reality of the situation.

Further to this first reason - there is considerable weight to the possibility that the orchestrated "Hoax" SEO Campaign, including the recording, editing and publishing online of a video interview with the girl - is as a direct result of the resources and determined efforts of this real estate company being employed to that end.
Efforts that are no doubt fully supported and encouraged by the sex-industry - in all of its associations with the Philippines and a desire to keep their shop window (the Internet) - sparkling clean.

It has certainly been proved without a shadow of doubt that the majority of visible opposition to this story comes from people who are connected, through business interest, family or socially - and has not been at all random or haphazard, nor has it been without deliberate incitement through false accusation.

The motivation for this opposition is proved therefore to be other than from impartial consideration or reasoned argument.

She worked for a real estate firm.
Her Boss had phoned up saying he's paid a deposit.

Blah, blah, blah . . .

I was convinced it was a scam.
I was writing about my "love affair" in a blog.
I let them know this - but kept it private.

They now had to prove their innocence - prove that it was all genuine.

NO DEAL

2 months later - girl now insisting all was genuine - comes on webcam for first time.
"Show me the scar" I ask.

NO DEAL - tomorrow.

Based around a spoof series of advertisements, hinting at the new Internet sideline apparently adopted by GameOps - Jepoy has released an April Fool's day article.

QUOTE -The rumors are true! Since Globe Telecom decided to launch their own thing this April 4, the entire GameOPS staff decided to re-launch the website 3 days ahead of schedule.

Starting today at exactly 12:00am, GameOPS is now officially called Gay-Mops!

From a video game and gadget website, we have transformed into something better --AN INTERNET CLEANING COMPANY! That's right folks! You can start counting on us to clean the internets!

Our yearly investor, Lipra 1, decided not to "invest" this year so we at GameOPS err... Gay-Mops started to look for other sponsors. Luckily, we found Bim Crumper, a nigerian prince, who offered us moonies (roughly P100K to be paid via Western Union).

I would like to point out to readers, that the GameOPS.net - website mentioned often in the pages of these blogs - is not to be confused with other sites of a similar name.

For example - we have - gameops.co.uk - a website, very respectable in appearance -

Then, there is - gameops.com - equally respectable in appearance -

Certainly neither of these two websites should be confused with gameops.net of the Philippines -

Let me remind readers, that it was GameOPS.net - under the guidance of one their founder members - John Phillips Bengero (Jepoy) - who decided that it was perfectly acceptable to employ staff members, friends & colleagues to deploy propaganda postings upon the variously owned blogs of these people, and upon appearances of websites belonging to the firm GameOPS.net itself - full of deceitful lies and distortions - with links to further propaganda sites belonging to their compatriots - in a foul incitement to hatred.

Here are many of the involved, lurking under the name igad interactive solutions - you can see from the skills listed, how admirably suited they are to the task of viral propaganda, viral distortion, viral incitement to hatred.

They are even advertising their viral capabilities - the trouble is - they are totally unethical about using YOUR website - to promote THEIR propaganda.

Here is an example - from the ENEDA NCR website - crammed with links to Jepoy's other blogs - part of his work as template designer/blog manager - is hoisting these links onto your website.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
